What a great 2019 Winter Light Festival and Riverwalk Sip and Shop. Tons of fun for all as we enjoyed the themed wine, mocktails, cocktail sips while we shopped along the Truckee River and neighboring streets in downtown. It was fun to find so many new local hot spots, even a few firsts for me. I have to share that one of my highlights of the day was the Fish Out of Water art installation at Wingfield Park.
Otto the giant 30′ goldfish was hanging out over the Truckee River during the day and illuminated at night. We finished the day with the Reno Holiday Tree Lighting and of course lots of live music and Santa who handed out gifts to the first 500 kids.
I sure love watching our community come together as we share smiles, hugs and some Christmas cheer. Thank you to our amazing community for another AboutTownDeb adventure.
