Road to Hope Paves the Way with Collaborative Event

Mixer and private bus tour offer chance to support several

community youth programs

 

RENO, Nev. (October 19, 2016) – Graffiti removal. Skincare classes. Music lessons. Tutoring. Mentoring. Opportunity. These are just a few benefits many of the area’s non-profit organizations offer those lucky enough to experience their youth in the Biggest Little City. This November, several organizations including the Regional Alliance for Downtown, will ban together to present the Road to Hope fundraiser where community members can learn more about positive youth programs and provide monetary support for the Nevada Youth Empowerment Project, Crossroads and Volunteers of America.

 

 

WHAT:           Road to Hope

                        Exclusive bus tour begins at 4 p.m.

                        Mixer begins at 6 p.m.

TICKETS:     Bus Tour $150 (18 tickets available), Mixer $20 includes complementary drink and refreshments

 

“This impactful event will provide a behind-the-scenes look at the insurmountable deeds these youth organizations are doing to support underprivileged children in our area,” said Britton Griffith-Douglass, Vice President for the Regional Alliance for Downtown and project coordinator. “This is such a great way to make a difference to those who strive to do just that on a daily basis.”

 

The exclusive bus tour includes a coveted seat aboard an executive charter filled with an esteemed mix of dignitaries and guest speakers providing information and personal tours of the Nevada Youth Empowerment Center, Crossroads and Volunteers of America sites.

During the mixer, participants have the opportunity to hear from community leaders including:
